This amazing organic 7 layer dip is SO easy to make and perfect for any party throughout the year!
I could literally eat this every day and not get sick of it.
I enjoy food, but I enjoy it even more when I'm not worried about what's IN it.
For example, one of the main contributing factors to my developing adult cystic acne was the hormones in cheese and dairy- I had NO idea until I began researching what is in our non-organic meats, cheeses and milk. When I switched to completely organic and grass-fed meats and dairy, my acne almost completely went away. I NEVER considered the food I was eating had anything to do with my skin problems?!
Ingredients: 1 Can of Simply Truth Organic Refried or Refried Black Beans 1 Container of Simply Truth Organic Guacamole 1 Container of Organic Sour Cream ( I used Harris Teeter) 1 1/2 TBSP of Organic homemade Taco Seasoning (watch IGTV on my organic Taco Seasoning) 1 Jar of Organic Salsa ( I used Target Simply Balanced brand) 1 Package of Shredded mixed cheese (Mexican Blend) 1 Diced Organic Tomato 1 Can of organic black olives (sliced)
**I take the flavor up a notch by adding 1 1/2 TBSP of my organic homemade taco seasoning to the sour cream and mixing it up before adding that layer**
Assemble in this order, making sure to evenly spread each layer so all layers fit into your dish with at least a 1 inch lip
Layer 1 - Organic Refried Beans or Refried Black Beans
Layer 2 - Organic Guacamole
Layer 3- Organic Taco flavored Sour Cream
Layer 4- Organic Salsa
Layer 5- Organic Shredded Cheese
Layer 6- Organic Diced and drained Tomatoes
Layer 7- Organic Non-GMO Sliced Black Olives
Make sure to blot your tomatoes and your olives to remove as much of the excess water as you can. You don't want it to water down your cheese or accumulate too much liquid as people are eating it.
Serve alongside your favorite organic corn chips!!
