Organic Blueberry Crescent Ring

Updated: Apr 14, 2020

Have you ever committed to bringing a dish to a potluck only to later find out that 3 other people are bringing the exact same thing?! How is that even possible, right?! Annoying dot com. That is how my Organic Blueberry Cream Cheese Crescent Ring was born...

I found myself in a conundrum when I didn't know what to make as a backup dish. So I opened the refrigerator and saw that I had a tube of Annie's Organic crescent rolls and I had just bought these beautiful blueberries from Costco which were enough to feed a small country and I had been worried I wouldn't be able to eat them all quick enough. Then I looked down and realized I had about 10 packages of organic cream cheese that I bought on a ridiculous sale and all of a sudden I realized I had everything I need to make a Blueberry Cream cheese crescent ring!

Ingredients:

2 Tubes Annie's Organic Crescent rolls

1 Cup Organic Cane Sugar

2 Cups Organic Blueberries

2 Containers of Organic Cream Cheese (softened)

Preheat the oven to 350

Grab a cookie sheet and line with parchment paper

You will begin by placing your 2 containers of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar in the mixer until incorporated.

While that is mixing, open your Annie's Organic Crescent Rolls and begin to lay them overlapping, connecting the largest part until it forms a circle.

Once your cream cheese and sugar are whipped together, begin to portion out about a TBSP onto the large part of the crescent and then sprinkle with blueberries.

Then begin to fold the pointy end of the crescent up and over the mixture and secure down along the inside of the dough until all pointy ends form a ring.

Place in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes and until golden brown.

Serve and enjoy!
