Organic Hamburger Helper

I grew up on Hamburger Helper, didn't you? It's one of those dishes that I mourned when I converted my diet and kitchen organic, until I decided, I would just make it from scratch and make it organic!

It turned out perfect, and surprisingly easy to make!

Ingredients:

1 lb organic ground beef - browned

1/2 cup onion chopped (into very small pieces)

1 TSP organic garlic powder

1 TSP organic paprika

1 can organic tomato sauce

1 1/2 cups organic whole milk

2 cups organic beef broth

1 box organic pasta of choice (Rotini, Elbow, Cavatappi)

12 oz organic cheddar cheese

Start by browning your pound of ground beef and sauteing your 1/2 cup of onions until translucent. Add in your tsp of garlic powder, and tsp of paprika.

Pour in your can of tomato sauce, 1 and 1/2 cup of whole milk, and 2 cups of beef broth and mix together. Then add in your pasta and simmer until pasta is al dente (follow the cook time on the box of pasta as your guide).

Once your pasta is ready, add in your cheese, mix together and serve!

Now your family can enjoy this childhood favorite, made from scratch, and without harmful chemicals, preservatives, and pesticides.
